Getting More by Doing More

There are three types of people in the world…

1. Those who skirt by, barely doing what is required.
2. Those who do just enough but seldom anything extra.
3. Then there are those who go above and beyond… those who do more.

Which of the 3 gets more?
More influence. More satisfaction. More opportunity?

It comes down to a matter of responsibility versus service. Responsibility is doing what is required. Service is doing more. It’s going that extra mile. It’s not about who works longer hours, it’s about who adds more value.

Which type of person will you choose to be?
